Collingswood Rec Odyssey of the Mind Registration

Odyssey of the Mind encourages creativity, quick thinking, and teamwork.

This is our sixth competitve season of Collingswood Recreation Program Odyssey of the Mind, and we anticipate another great year!

Registration for the 2017-2018 season will be open from October 1 - October 15 for

  • Division 1 (3rd-5th grade)
  • Division 2 (6th - 8th grade)
  • Division 3 (9th - 12th grade)

Registration will occur on this website using the same process used for registering for Collingswood Rec sports.  The registration fee will be $60, which includes tournament registration fees, materials and supplies for the team, and the official t-shirt.  Please be sure your child has a profile in the system and that the information on that profile is accurate and up-to-date.

Teams are strictly limited to seven (7) members each, and slots fill very quickly, so please plan to register your child as early as possible.  If all available slots are taken, your child will be placed on a waiting list.  If additional coaches can be identified after registration opens, we will add more teams and bring kids off the waiting list in the order that they registered.

We also intend to offer a Primary Club for 2nd graders this year.  More information will be available about Primary Club once coaches and schedules have been finalized.

In Memory of Jim Bridgeford

The Collingswood Rec Soccer Program’s 2017 season will be dedicated to the memory and legacy of a former director, Mr. Jim Bridgeford, who passed away this last year.  For many years, Mr. Bridgeford was the driving force behind our program, always providing direction and organization to hundreds of players and coaches.  He ensured that every child in the program had a place on the field and felt welcomed.  The presence of his green truck was a sign that fall and soccer had come once again to Knight’s Park.  Thank you Jim, for your dedication to the enrichment of our children and community.  You will be missed.
